Ascent Framework
This framework is the starting point for much of the work we do at Build Grow Last.
Whether you attend an event, join a cohort, or sign up as a one to one client, the basis of the analysis of your current business and the business plan we build will be grounded in the framework. The framework has been forged through the experiences of many entrepreneurs who’ve been through our coaching cohort, attended our events and added to this growing body of knowledge.
The framework provides you with the right ideas, tactics and tools for the stage of business that you’re at. Not to soon, not to late.
It’s pretty self explanatory, but I’d recommend starting like this:
Consider where you are on your business journey (you’ll see the stages along the top, left to right)
For you stage, work down the statements (‘I can …’) for that stage and see if these are true for you
If you find gaps in a specific business pillar (marketing, finance, etc) then work backwards, right to left, to find out where you are
You’ll see that you’re starting to identify strengths and weaknesses in the business
Where you find a weakness, click into that area to find guidance, tools and reading that will help you at that specific stage.
